Case Study

RISE, a new longevity healthcare clinic, was launching to fill a gap for quality care in the Gilbert, AZ marketplace.

They needed an effective website to introduce themselves to the tight-knit community — but they also needed guidance on how to differentiate their approach to healthcare from traditional medicine.

The Goals

Establish Value Props

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data gathered from user research and stakeholder interviews. Use these findings to define key messages and outline an inventive communication style for multiple brands.

Develop Launch Materials

Work with a user researcher to shape sitemaps and flows to streamline conversions. Brainstorm content hierarchy with a UI designer for an immersive storytelling experience, then write compelling copy to inform and guide users.

Increase Brand Awareness

Workshop marketing strategies with stakeholders and designers. Draft a report breaking down timelines and budgets for asset creation. Execute copy, visual design, and revisions, then monitor performance.

Inspiring the Gilbert Community to RISE and Thrive

Preventive medicine is a buzzword that’s thrown around frequently in the medical industry. However, the average patient often doesn’t understand what it means or why it matters. To carve out a unique identity for RISE, I had to solve a pressing problem first.

Traditional healthcare helps patients stay alive, but preventive medicine helps them feel alive. New technologies and therapies are emerging every day to add years to lifespans — but what good are those extra years if someone can’t truly enjoy them?

RISE understands that vitality is the true path to longevity. Through comprehensive screenings and personalized care plans, RISE members can enjoy unrestricted access to cutting-edge medical strategies that reduce health risks and reverse chronic conditions.

Defining Key Messages

After understanding the “what?” behind RISE, I had to frame the “why?” If the target audience already had primary care doctors, why should they invest in a different approach?

The key is in helping patients uncover the intricacies of their bodies. Each person is built differently, and RISE knows that healthcare should never be a “one-size-fits-all” solution.

Designing the New Wave of Healthcare

With voice characteristics and language guardrails in place, I wrote original content for each page on the sitemap to illustrate patient journeys from discovery to intake — complete with self-identification features and new patient questionnaires.

Building RISE’s Wellness Empire

Using RISE’s voice and tone document as a basis, I developed distinct brand identities for their sister companies: a supplement brand (Rise Complete) and a premium executive membership (Rise Elite).

Spreading the Word With Targeted PPC Campaigns

To increase awareness of RISE’s vitality-focused services, I developed strategies and copy for PPC social media ads spotlighting three main membership paths: Hormone Balancing, Weight Loss Assistance, and Lifestyle + Fitness Testing.

We ran all three PPC ads for a month throughout October 2024, achieving the following metrics:

Deepening Relationships with Automated Drip Campaigns

Getting a potential member’s email address isn’t enough. To turn interest into action, I assembled an automated “Welcome” email series with a UX researcher — encouraging users to book their first consultation.
